All products purchased from CMJS Leisure come with a minimum of 30 day back to base warranty. The warranty is specifically tailored to our reconditioned machines.
The warranty covers repair or replacement of the machine.
The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
The warranty will be declared void if the internal mechanisms have been replaced or tampered with by the customer (Unless requested to do so by CMJS Leisure).
We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by negligence or improper use by the customer.
Should the product be deemed irreparable by CMJS Leisure, we will replace the product with one of a similar type and value.
The Warranty is only applicable if the product is returned back for repair to our workshop in Canterbury, Kent at the customer's cost. However in most cases only parts will need to be sent and not the whole machine and we will not charge for any return postage.
What happens after the warranty expires?
After 30 days you will still receive ongoing support and advice and we will assist you with any faults and give advice on how to fix the machine.
If you require any information on maintenance we will email guides required free of charge.
If the machine develops a major fault you can either return the machine to us and we will repair the machine at cost or we can diagnose the fault over the phone (using the machines error codes) and send any parts you require and you will only pay the first £30 for any part the machine requires plus the cost of postage.
